Our Story
Etérea is Spanish for “ethereal,” meaning “light and delicate, as if not of this world.” It communicates our team’s vision of a Mexican restaurant unlike any other in the city - past or present. Our back bar was designed to conjure a golden church organ, with the room’s arched ceiling a matching color. The deep red velvet tufted banquettes, vividly colorful pillows, and thousands of hanging flowers - all invoke a sense of deep spiritualness, not to be mistaken for religiousness. It is a place that offers an escape, not just from the rat race of the city but from humanity and Earth itself.
